Equipment
- 1 Shaker
- 1 Strainer
- Martini/Coupe glass (cooled)
Ingredients
- 1.5 part Chambord
- 1.5 part Vodka
- 2 part Espresso
- 1 Blackberry Garnish
- 3 Coffee beans Garnish
- Lots of ice
Instructions
- Prepare your espresso and let it cool down. I use a bowl filled with ice and cold water and put my pot inside to speed up the cooling.2 part Espresso
- It's important to use fresh but cooled espresso for your cocktail. Fresh for obvious reasons, to have a delicious drink. And cooled espresso to not to dilute the cocktail excessively.Lots of ice
- Add all ingredients into your shaker, and then add ice.1.5 part Chambord, 1.5 part Vodka, 2 part Espresso
- Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is ice cold.
- Strain your drink into your glass. I used a coupe glass for this because I think it looks more beautiful.
