Blue Coconut Cocktail Shot

A delicious coconut rum cocktail with a vibrant colour of blue curacao.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 part Lemon juice Freshly squezed
  • 1/4 part Blue curacao
  • 1 part Coconut rum
  • Shredded coconut to garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all the liquids in a shaker with lots of ice and shake well.
  • Strain into your shot glasses, and garnish the glasses with shredded coconut if you like. Enjoy!
