Prepare your espresso and let it cool down. I use a bowl filled with ice and cold water and put my pot inside to speed up the cooling.
2 part Espresso
It's important to use fresh but cooled espresso for your cocktail. Fresh for obvious reasons, to have a delicious drink. And cooled espresso to not to dilute the cocktail excessively.
Lots of ice
Add all ingredients into your shaker, and then add ice.
1.5 part Chambord, 1.5 part Vodka, 2 part Espresso
Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is ice cold.
Strain your drink into your glass. I used a coupe glass for this because I think it looks more beautiful.
Garnish your glass with a blackberry on the side and coffee beans over the froth. Enjoy!
