Equipment

  • 1 Shaker
  • 1 Strainer
  • Martini/Coupe glass (cooled)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 part Chambord
  • 1.5 part Vodka
  • 2 part Espresso
  • 1 Blackberry Garnish
  • 3 Coffee beans Garnish
  • Lots of ice

Instructions

  • Prepare your espresso and let it cool down. I use a bowl filled with ice and cold water and put my pot inside to speed up the cooling.
    2 part Espresso
  • It's important to use fresh but cooled espresso for your cocktail. Fresh for obvious reasons, to have a delicious drink. And cooled espresso to not to dilute the cocktail excessively.
    Lots of ice
  • Add all ingredients into your shaker, and then add ice.
1.5 part Chambord, 1.5 part Vodka, 2 part Espresso
  • Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is ice cold.
  • Strain your drink into your glass. I used a coupe glass for this because I think it looks more beautiful.
  • Garnish your glass with a blackberry on the side and coffee beans over the froth. Enjoy!
